2025-2030 Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan

The Linn County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan 2025-2030 was approved by FEMA on June 2, 2025. This plan has several functions, including:

• Combining hazard planning efforts for different county jurisdictions (cities, school districts, unincorporated areas) into one document;
• Identifying how communities can minimize the negative impacts of natural and human-caused hazards; and,
• Maintaining participating jurisdictions’ eligibility to apply for Hazard Mitigation Assistance funding.
